Listen To The Collab Between Moritz Von Oswald

and the Kyrgyzstan collective ‘Ordo Sakhna’

Moritz Von Oswald is one of the icons of contemporary electronic music. One of the two members of the Basic Channel and Maurizio (legendary dub techno projects), he became one of the most influential electronic producers of the 90’s. The new sound adventure of Moritz Von Oswald takes us to Kyrgyzstan, a country located in the center of Asia from the former USSR and from where his partners in crime, the group Ordo Sakhna originates.

A relaxing album which explores the traditional music of Asia and the well know productions of the German creator; can be described as calm and truly wonderful music that is as timeless. The different melodies contained in the album are one of the greatest tricks used by Moritz and Ordo Sakhna to bring you to the musical roots of Kyrgyzstan.

Moreover, you can find the influences of techno in many parts of the release. The original arrangements of Ordo Sakhna are absolutely gorgeous and can transport the listener to other range of enchantment. Launched in October 24th in the Londoner label Honest Jon’s Records, the LP, which features recordings made in Berlin, Germany and Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, is now available for you to grab your copy.
